I created the Elite Goalie Method (EGM) a singular mission: what did I want as a goalie that would get me into the NHL? After a few variations, EGM swiftly evolved into a comprehensive platform for goalies to nurture and develop goalies into intelligent, athletic and consistent puck-stopping beasts.

Before my professional career, I honed my skills as a Division One NCAA hockey player at Michigan Tech University. During this time, I delved into chemistry, biology, biochemistry, strength & conditioning, and nutrition, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Following my hockey journey, I returned to academia and earned a Master's in Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology, and am now, currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Drawing from my background as an NHL goalie, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and a Doctoral student of physical therapy, I intimately grasp the unwavering commitment and sacrifices demanded by both top-tier sports and academic pursuits.

Over the past 15 years of coaching goalies on and off the ice, my unwavering focus has been on empowering athletes and high-performing individuals to optimize their well-being, mental state and performance.

I maintain an obsessively vigilant watch over all my goalies. My commitment to learning, consistently evolving my approach on an athlete-specific basis to offer the most contemporary and scientifically supported programs available.

Through the Elite Goalie Method,
